This classic bullet has a “Captain Ron” label on the skirt saddle, but we otherwise know very little about the lure maker behind this lure other than it was made in Hawaii and is likely very old. This is an odd ball shape with a flat reverse taper in a cone shape towards a flat nose in a pusher style lure. Has a classic Tom Futa look on the insert, but we believe this was made by someone else entirely.
This particular head has a yellow/gold rainbow-iridescent scaled wrap around the insert with real cracked mirrored glass pieces in a linear fashion along each side of the insert. Very rare old school lure probably made in the 80’s or earlier. Skirted in yellow over ice blue/silver.
